Students politics and degradation of Universities

Politics in colleges by students is one of the most discussed topics these days. The question is weather the students should take part in political activities is a subject drawing difference of opinion.
Some of the people say yes students must take part in the politics.

Surely, the impact o politics on students has the burning impact on today's world.
Let's see the impacts of politics in colleges:

1. Students go to colleges for studying and not for doing politics.

2. Students have enough time ahead to do politics later on. They should not participants in politics so long as they are in the college. After doing their studies they are free to do anything including politics.

3. It the students participate in politics, they want more popularity. They misguide other students to join them for agitation and similar activities. That becomes a cause for disturbance and it disturbs concentration of good students.

4. The problems of students are as usual looked after by the school administration. What is the necessity of student politicians? I am of the opinion that student politics is not required.

5. If students are taking part in politics, the local politicians exploit them. They exploit their student fellows. Ultimately studies suffer.

6. In olden days students did not take part in politics. Everything went on well. Schools were able to give good studies to students peacefully.

7. If students take part in politics, naturally there will be their opposition. They will fight with each other. Ultimately the college get affected and studies of students will suffer.

8. If there is politics in schools, there will happen a lot many reactions which the politicians do. Who suffers? Only students. Thus students are not required to participate in politics.

9. It has been seen that those students who take part in politics, cause disturbance to other studious students.

10. Anyone can say that if students participates in politics in their study time then they can't concentrate over studies and in future, the same students will in ground for national level elections. It is not a positive decision for Development of country.
11. If there is politics in universities which will disturb studies and decrease the quality of education and ultimately degradation of university will take place. Which also affect whole education system of country.

Is it good to privatise Railways

Recently, Indian government has decided to privatised 23 railway station and given in hand of private sector. These companies now will be able to give world-class facilities, develop food stalls, retaining rooms, play areas, etc. T companies will also be responsible for bringing up shopping malls, five star hotels and multiplexes on the stations.
Let us discuss, is it a good decision to privatise railway? Is it banificial for all of us:-

1. You will agree that there are so many things lacking in the railways. All actions are slow. Employees understands that they work slow like employees of other government departments.

2. These days passengers prefer comfortable journey. Despite efforts by railway the same is not being provided.

3. The condition of railway stations are very bad. There is no upto date maintenance and cleanliness. Employees are not working with a sense of responsibility.

4. Railway is a big department in the country. A very large number of people travel by train. Railway is a big source of revenue. There is, therefore, a requirement to give new look to railways to make it more attractive and effective. That will be possible when railway is given to privatised as there is a scope of lot of income out of railways. Big buisness people will invest adequate money in railway to make railway journey attractive.

5. The corruption in the railway department is known to all. Many people still travel without tickets. This is manipulated by the railway staff.

6. We see lots of cases of pilferages, thefts, damages, negligence and fire which are taking place every day.
Railway is paying a lot in the form of compensation. In a large number of cases the railway is unable to defend due to employees fault. This aspect can be properly addressed if the railway is given to private enterprise.

7. Strikes are taking place in railway and people are suffering. This will be finished if taken over by private enterprise.

8. You see many accidents are taking place. The main reasons are that people are not doing their duty and there has been utter carelessness on the part of railway employees.

9. Most of the trains are running late. People are suffering. Railway is running in loss. Who is responsible for this? Only railway employees. This needs improvement. This will possible only if taken over by a private body.

10. Railway trains are over-crowded during summer vacations. People want sufficient rail accommodation, luxury and all essential facilities in the trains. We see no improvement. This needs a special look. It can be possible when taken over by a private party.

11. India became independent 70 years back. There are still many places where there is no rail services. People have been denied rail services. The projects are not being carried out due to the problems of budget. If railway is given to private hands there will be parties who will undertake there projects for their commercial interests and run the trains.

12. Some countries where railways are privatised
             USA
            Canada
           Brazil
           UAE

Say NO to reservation for education and jobs

The idea of launching reservation system in India is to rise lower class an lead India towards the path of development and to abolish illiteracy. But fortunately or unfortunately the nation has changed now. Instead of developing India is decaying now. Reservation system is also a cause for people of India exploring and working for other countries.

Reservation system now has become a political issue and it is not an easy thing to totally terminate this policy. The point is reservation system impacts has to be minimised instead of totally terminating. India can be a developed country only when it's people are given equal chances to show their 'Talent'.

Let us discuss on some effects of reservation in our country......
1. Enough reservation has been provided to the candidates of lower classes. It is seen there is no marked improvement amongst them. People don't try to improve their skills or developing themselves but still fighting for increasing reservation. Recently happen in UP.

2. I reservation is provided the standard will go down and efficiency will deteriorate. People totally depend on reservation. This will not suit a developing country.

3. They should be given money, houses, free books, schools and health care but there should be no reservation in jobs, promotions and admissions in universities and colleges. Opertunities should be given to the talented one.

4. There should be provision of loan at low rate and with easy procedures.

5. There should be free libraries where they can get free books for studies.

6. If reservation is given to lower classes the bright students will be discourse. Furthermore, the efficiency will be degraded. And then bright students moves towards foreign countries for there services. Nowadays, students moving towards other countries is very common and increasing day by day.

7. For education every body should be given equal opportunities. There should not be any discrimination. Reservation in admission in schools will lower the educational standard which will give adverse effects for efficiency and progress of the country.

8. Reservation gives the feeling of inferiority to candidates. Furthermore if reservation is given to a particular category they do not work hard to realise their goals.

9. The system of providing caste wise reservation put an impact on castism and differentiate by addressing reservation for particulars.

What a Father want

A diamond businessman named Ghanshyam Bhai Dholakiya sends his son Hithartha to Hyderabad handing him only ₹500. The motto was to let his son prove that he can survive without all the luxury and use that ₹500 for a living. He said that he wants his son to realize the problems of a common man before entering his business empire worth ₹6000 crores.

Strange to believe but true. Mr Dholakiya said to his son that he should work in Hyderabad without disclosing his or his father's identity. Hithartha had to work for 1 week at the first destination or company. He neither had a mobile phone or ATM card.

Hithartha recently came back after proving himself and working in the struggling fold of Hyderabad city. He claims to save ₹5000 too.

Hithartha said that his father gave him an envelope. When he opened it, he could see the tickets to Hyderabad. He was bit confused and shocked at the same time. With a lot of questions in his mind, he arrived in Hyderabad.

He didn't have mobile with him. So he borrowed someone's to call up his father's assistant which was not answered; unfortunately. The very first day he went searching for jobs. A major tension panicked him throughout the day, the tension of residence. He thought where would he live.

He didn't even have an ID card. Finally, he met the owner of RK Lodge who helped him stay. Though he was lending that place to Hithartha, it was a major help. He felt hungry. Due to low budget, he ordered a full plate of rice at ₹20 from nearby street side vendor.

He says that he never ate this kind of food in his entire life before. After 2 days of hunting for a job, he finally got placed in McDonald's. He worked in production, sales and inventory at the McD.

To fulfil his father's criteria he had to work there only for a week. He had to change his job then. He explained a lot and argued with the manager to get a one-week salary of ₹1500. While hunting for the second job, he traveled in local buses for the first time bearing all that push and throws.

The second job he got was at a white board manufacturing factory in marketing and sales. He had to ride a bike throughout the day and promote the products to customers and deliver as well..

Hectic schedule at work broke him after dusk. He learned that life has no shortcuts and he was lucky to have a billionaire father. In the meantime, one-day he met Rukgupta Parashartha in an auto rickshaw. He gave him the place to stay without identification. The third job he did was in Adidas's showroom. Although by that time he had three options, he chose Adidas. During this time, he got an opportunity to learn a lot from fellow employees.

His father Ghanshyam says that this is their family ritual. Last year, his son Dravya went on a trip to earn and learn. He too saved ₹4000 and gave him when he returned back. The family sends their family members to live like an anonymous common man. It helps them learn core values of life.

Our mind discovers new things, when it comes to survival . It is the biggest lesson from a father to son.
